I bought these headphones a few days ago, and have been using them ever since. The moment I opened the box, and held the headphones, I was felt that they were quite fragile. The hinges that held the parts that covered the ears were designed to break. So, I'm quite disappointed. I just wish the ANC was more effective, it isn't good enough to mute out the noise of water boiling.

Los audífonos funcionan muy bien, la cancelación de ruido es excelente, los botones táctiles son muy útiles, los micrófonos funcionan muy bien durante las llamadas y la función de detección de voz es fabulosa cuando quiero hablar con alguien ya que no me tengo que retirar los audífonos. La batería dura mucho tiempo

I have had them three weeks.disappointed I didn't send them back sooner, no where near as good my XM4, they don't fold, they don't turn off after a certain time, they don't pause when I take them off just keep playing. Not great and definitely Not worth £400 sorry I really like Sony products but this one deserves a 1 just my opinion remember...I think these are downgrade on the MX4.

Los auriculares son geniales, pero es el último producto Sony que compro. La estrella es por los juegos digitales comprados en mi PS4, que según vosotros son alquilados.

Excellent sound and noise cancellation I’m very pleased with the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones. The sound quality is excellent, the noise cancellation works extremely well, and they are comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life is also very good, and calls come through clearly. The carrying case is slightly bulky, but overall these are excellent-quality headphones and I would happily recommend them.

Antes usaba ult wear y al probar estos, la diferencia es tan grande que no parecen sony los anteriores, y yo pensaba que eran buenos!. Una de las mejores compras que hice en auriculares y el precio fue muy bueno! El único problema que tenia que para sacar del Iphone a la Macbook Pro no es tan automático aunque tenga para dos dispositivos.

QUEDÉ FASCINADA CON EL PRODUCTO, TIENE LA FUNCIÓN DE CANCELACIÓN DE RUIDO MUY EFECTIVO, LAS ALMOHADILLAS SON CÓMODAS

Compre este producto hace unos días y es una maravilla , todas sus funciones son tal cual lo que prometen ! Super cómodos , estéticos y con muy buen sonido !

The headphones are really comfortable. It's cushions are super comfy and is very lightweight. The sound quality is very good but still can better on deep sound and those feeble notes. The noice cancellation is really good compared to the other headphones I used such as Bose QuietComfort 2 and Sennheiser HD450 BT. But I sometimes hate the app firmware issue where the settings get adjusted back to default for some reason. Although the Adaptive Sound Control feature is good, in my situation, the mode switched from noice cancellation to adaptive mode unnecessarily. And the packaging of the product is super premium. I loved the way the headphone reached me in a supergood case. I loved the colour also, the matte navy blue. Overall, it's a really good buy.

ME ENCANTO ! , solo se ensucian muy rapido, pero por lo demas es excelente

I bought the headphones 9 months ago liked them but they didn't feel much better from the wh-1000xm4, until 3 months ago they started breaking. The speaker cup broke off where the headphones twist from just normal use, I fixed it with hot glue then recently the other side broke. I am very careful with my headphones I dont even put them in bags, only on my head or case/stand so there is no reason for them to break easily. Even my wh-1000xm4 have lasted over 3 years of constant use with no physical issues. The cherry on top I contact Sony since i have a warranty and they denied it admitting it broke from natural use and still wouldn't be covered. Would not recommend this gen of the wh, find a refurbished xm4 or better another company.
