I bought these rear speakers to go with the Sony HT-ZF9 Wi-Fi Bluetooth Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, DTS X, Vertical Surround Engine, High Resolution Audio & Wireless Subwoofer. I am so glad I did as they really take the sound to another dimension.

We first bought the soundbar w woofer around mar 2020 when we bought the sony oled tv.. The soundbar sounded great but would cut out once in a while. Then we bought the rear speakers to complement the surround sound but doesn't enhance while listening to apple music but does when watching movies. however the soundbar continues to lose the connection and cut out where we have to go back to tv speakers and turn soundbar on again. I dont understand why this keeps happening?

Don’t get me wrong, these speakers do their job well. When they work, they do their job VERY well. Films are greatly improved, with excellent surround sound and Dolby Atmos. However, they often cut in and out, which also greatly detracts from how great they are. Both the rear speakers, sub and the HT-Z9F sound-bar have their problems with this, and if I had known about these problems prior, I would have gone for a different model as the sound cutting in and out becomes very noticeable and distracts from the experience of watching a film etc. Shame really, as they could have been so good!

I've had these about 2 years. Work well seemless integration with main soundbar, TV and peripherals. Given room size and shape this was perfect solution for me.

Only bought a few weeks ago, but it makes such a difference to movies and live events alike. Puts you right in the middle of the action and has been brilliant during Euro 2020. Just a tad expensive though and would have given 5 stars had they cost less.

Con la televisión hacen su función, cuando lo usas con las app tipo Netflix, HBO, etc, suenan muy bajo. Puede que sea el ser inalámbricos, no lo se….

Después de usar los altavoces unos seis meses, puedo confirmar que los altavoces SA-Z9R son unos complementos perfectos para la barra HT-ZF9 y así conseguir un verdadero sonido 5.1 Lo mejor: -.facilidad y fiabilidad de conexión, -. el no tener ningún cable hacia la barra (sólo tienen el cable de alimentación de electricidad). -. despreocupación de tener que andar cargándo baterías (tienen alimentación propia) -. un sonido claro y definido de todos los efectos surround. Lo peor: -. un poco más de watios de potencia.

Después de varias semanas de prueba tengo que decir que mis sensaciones con este producto son agridulces. Por un lado el producto es un complemento de obligada compra si quieres que la barra de sonido HT-ZF9 de sensaciones reales de sonido envolvente y la verdad que lo consigue y bien. Pero el problema que tiene y no se si tendrá solución con alguna actualización o no, es que en determinadas frecuencias los altavoces distorsionan como si fuesen de una calidad pésima,arruinando por completo la esperiencia.

Las acabo de instalar para completar la barra de sonido y la verdad que el sistema cambia muchísimo para bien. Ahora se siente los efectos surround envolviéndonte mucho más en la película. Precio creo que excesivo.

In fact I went to bestbuy to buy a Samsung sound bar, but decided to buy HT-29F after listening the sound. Sound quality is great even without the rear speakers but when you add them it gets even better.
