Extremely please with the item. Good value and matches the reviews published in national media. A couple of comments. I did not know some of the functions and there are not in the printed documentation but they are in the online documents it just takes a little bit of finding. In terms of features the I notice the sound volume defaults back to a mid-setting and is probably a power saving or safety feature. It should be something that can be overridden. I would have liked a cable to charge the battery via USB and a pair of headphones would have been great to be included. The final point is how to setup the auto sense microphone recording for example have dead space removed automatically again this is a feature I assume is in the product but cannot find yet

Purchased device primarily to copy podcasts from PC so as to listen to them offline in the gym. It is extremely compact, light and very easy to operate so works perfectly for my unique requirements.

I have been using digital recorders since the Sony ICD-SX25 and the ICD-UX570 is definitely one of the best. I mostly use the recorders for outside nature sounds and the 570 is very impressive. I would like to request a few features, found on other models, that would make this recorder even better. Bring back the DPC function to include the pitch control. Make the easy search function controllable like on other models. I definitely prefer the multi folder menu as seen on the ICD-UX533 it’s much easier to navigate. Although the LED display is very clear and easy to read indoors it is unfortunately useless in sunlight, if a remedy for this is possible that would be great.Thank you for a great recorder and I am looking forward to the next model.

I use it to record myself reading and it's great, I think sound quality is excellent for the price. I paired it with a lavalier mic and a pair of external headphones (both Sony too). Built in speakers are not the best quality, but it's a recorder so I didn't expect anything exceptional. When first bought I let the battery run out and then charged to the full and it has lasted for about a week with a 1-2 hrs a day recording time, but I think it could go longer, because I record a few sentences and then stop and listen and then again so I do a lot of button pressing.

Excelente sonido. Me gusta el radio FM y la posibilidad de programar y grabar mis emisoras favoritas. Un equipo de facil manejo. Pronto adquiriré la micro sd para ampliar la capacidad. Por ahora quiero experimentar todas las funciones posibles de grabación y edición. Como USB tambien es excelente para guardar mis archivos. Estoy satisfecho.

the only issue is about the 'sound organiser 2', the menus are so tiny in 3840*2160 and I cannot see them.

Pagué por el producto, nunca me llegó y las personas que contacté no me devolvieron mi dinero. Estoy muy insatisfecho porque pagué casi 500.000 por este producto.

La grabadora, en términos generales, está muy bien diseñada y tiene una serie de funciones que la hacen sobresalir sobre otras de su mismo rango, sin embargo, tras apenas un mes de uso, no sigo viendo claro que el conector USB para el ordenador sea tan complicado de enchufar. Se retrae y se hace imposible la conexión. He preguntado a otros usuarios y me dicen que hay que sujetar la pestaña que lo empuja con fuerza, pero es a mi grabadora eso le funciona de cada 10 veces, una. ¿Es eso normal? Estoy pensando en devolverla solo por esta cuestión, porque por lo demás estaría muy satisfecho con ella.

If the device ever loses charge, the date & time changes to year 2041 and I no longer know the date and time of my recordings. Sick of resetting the time.

I purchased this to replace my ICD PX-333 which I have used for ten years. Obviously technology has improved over the years and I am very satisfied with the quality and features of the UX570. Having a built-in USB is a great feature and the fact that this is a rechargeable device will save me money on purchasing batteries,

Llegó en excelentes condiciones, la utilizaré para mi investigación doctoral.

I bought it a month ago and love it to record my thoughts and lectures that I can review at a later time. The recordings are crisp and clear. The downside is the flimsy UBS port to transfer files and recharge. I'm still trying to figure out how to rename the files!
